Opt out of receiving a paper copy of 2024 W-2

Employees may opt-out of receiving a paper copy of their 2024 W-2 by mail and instead access the document sooner directly in Workday.

To opt-out of receiving a mailed W-2, follow the instructions in the Opt Out of Receiving a Paper W-2 guide no later than January 15, 2025.

To print your W-2 from Workday, follow the instructions in the View and Print W-2 Year End Form Reference Guide.

Paper W-2s will be sent by January 31, 2025, to employees who still wish to receive the form by mail.

Employees choosing to receive their W-2 by mail should ensure their mailing address is correct in Workday. To update your mailing address, follow the instructions in the Change Home Contact Information Reference Guide. If your Home address is correct, no further action is required.
