New Procurement Card notification in Workday

Effective December 4, 2024, Cardholders and Procurement Card Data Entry Specialists will receive Workday notifications when new procurement card transactions are uploaded into the system.

This notification is intended to inform individuals when new card transactions have uploaded and are in system for verification, when appropriate. Notifications may be accessed by selecting the bell icon the upper right-hand of the Workday home page.

The notification is only received when Cardholders have new transactions that have been uploaded. For Procurement Card Data Entry Specialists, the notification is only received when Cardholders within the cost center associated with their Procurement Card Data Entry Specialist role have new procurement card transactions in Workday.
