New Spend Category in place for fraudulent PCard and CTA card transactions

Beginning November 4, a new Spend Category is available for use on fraudulent transactions in the Card Programs space. This new Spend Category is specifically for use only on Procurement Cards and Central Travel Account cards transactions that are fraudulent in nature.

The intention of this new Spend Category is to provide users with a categorization for fraudulent charges which may occur. The new Spend Category information is detailed below:

Spend Category Number: SC00422
Spend Category Name: Credit Card Fraudulent Charge Debit/Credit – (For Card Use Only)
Spend Category Definition: Use to reconcile fraudulent charges on Procurement Card (PCard) and Central Travel Account Card (CTA) only.
