New OBIEE report available in Student Financials Dashboard

A new OBIEE report is now available as part of the WSU Student Financials Dashboard, called Item Type Worktag Mapping by Term. This report was developed to assist with visibility on accounting details behind item types, and allows users to view worktags tied to a given item type or identify all types associated with a particular worktag, such as a program or cost center.

To access the report:

1. Log into OBIEE and navigate to the WSU Student Financials Dashboard
2. Select the Item Type Worktag Mapping by Term report located at the top of the page.
3. Enter any desired prompts, such as item type, term or any combination of worktags.
4. The report will return the pertinent results based on your prompts.

This new report was developed based on feedback from the community surrounding visibility on item type accounting details. If you identify any errors or have a desire to make any changes to your item types, please contact the Bursar’s Office for further assistance.
