New prompts to remove older awards from grant reports in Workday

Following feedback from SPS and departments, we have added two new default prompts to enable the removal of older awards from several Award and Award Lines reports in Workday.  

These prompts are:

1. An Exclude Inactive Grants? checkbox. The checkbox defaults to the checkmark being on.
2. An Award Contract End Date On or After field. The field defaults to 180 days prior to the report run date. This removes awards that have termed but have not yet been closed in Workday. 180 days was selected to leave some buffer for awards that may be extended.

The prompt defaults are designed to benefit most users. Prompts can be changed when reports are run for users requiring different output.
