August reporting updates
Below are the new and updated reports for the month of August.
Finance
- CR FIN Find Expense Reports
- A column was added to this report: “Business Purpose.”
Grants
- CR GRA Current Month Expenses for Adaptive Grants Forecasting
- Looking for a way to sync up your grant balances in Adaptive’s grant forecasting tool with Workday in between monthly data refreshes? This new report offers a solution. Enter the current month and a Grant and then copy the Workday report results into the Other Expenses sheet in the Grants Forecasting dashboard in Adaptive. The report is already filtered to only include transactions that are not already captured elsewhere in Adaptive. Please share any feedback or questions about this report in the Workday Service Desk.
- We’re retiring two cost share reports and recommend a new report to use in their place.

- CR GRA Cost Share and Salary over the Cap Award Lines Financial Summary
- Retiring:
- CR GRA HHS Salary Cap Audit Report
- The report was updated to show the correct Salary Cap amount in both the Salary Cap (Salary Cap Interval) and Salary Cap (Semi-Monthly) columns. For example:
- Budget Date is 01/31/2024. Annual Salary Cap is 221,900.00; Semi-Monthly is 9,245.83.
- Budget Date is 12/31/2023. Salary Cap is 212,100.00; Semi-Monthly is 8,837.50.
- The report was updated to show the correct Salary Cap amount in both the Salary Cap (Salary Cap Interval) and Salary Cap (Semi-Monthly) columns. For example:
- These two reports have been updated to remove the redundant chart of accounts outline structure:
- CR GRA Award Cost Share and Salary over the Cap Summary
- Cost Share and Salary over the Cap on the Additional Reports tab of the Award Header
HR
- CR TTK Workers with Time Not Submitted or Approved
- Legal first name and last name were added as columns.
