Workday Success Stories: WSU featured customer on Workday Rising home page

Washington State University has been featured on the home page of Workday Rising, highlighting the university as a leading innovator and collaborator among Workday’s higher education customers.

Rising is an annual conference event hosted by Workday that brings together over 15,000 Workday users, partners, and prospective customers to learn from one another via presentations, demonstrations, and peer networking.

WSU is one of many higher education institutions who’ve made the switch to Workday to manage their HR, finance, payroll, reporting, and grants management needs. Sharing our challenges and solutions has led the university to emerge as a trusted voice in peer-led discussions with other higher education users. WSU presented at 2022’s Workday Rising in Orlando, FL, sharing the story of our Workday implementation, and will present again this coming September at Rising in Las Vegas, NV, highlighting the university’s recent innovations in using Workday for grants management.

The recognition of WSU as a “winning customer” by Workday Rising is a nod to the efforts made by the entire university community toward the continued improvement of our Workday system. If you have contributed to the success of Workday at WSU through sharing your feedback and ideas, participating in testing, collaborating as part of a work or focus group, or providing support to Workday users in your department or area, thank you!
