May reporting updates

Below are the new and updated reports for the month of May.

CR TTK Hourly Employee Hours and Estimated Cost
- This report has been updated to include sick leave hours, estimated cost of sick leave hours, and total columns for hours and estimated cost of total hours.
CR REC Recruitment
- New fields were added for job posting location, time to closed/filled, and time to accepted offer.
CR BEN All Plan Enrollments
- This report is for HR Partners.
- A new column was added for primary work location.
CR TTK Time Block Time Entry Tags
- A new column and prompt were added for the Time Entry Code.
CR HCM Employee Snapshot
- Three new columns were added: last name, first name, and middle initial.

CR FIN Accounting Adjustment Lines Crossing Fiscal Years
- This new report returns accounting adjustment lines that were posted in one fiscal year with adjusted transactions in another fiscal year.
CR REF Funds
- This report was updated to include separate columns for each level in the fund hierarchy.
- New prompts were also added for each specific fund hierarchy, as well as prompts for fund and fund hierarchy.

CR GRA Award Lines Financial Summary
- Report was updated to include cost share.
- The report also contains an additional prompt for Award Contract End Date greater than or equal to.
CR GRA SPS Award Lines Overdraft Summary
- Report was updated to exclude cost share.
CR GRA Receivables Aging Detail
- Logic was modified to allow in customer invoices with empty invoice types.
New Ledger Account Summary: Chart of Accounts: Program Income.
- With the addition of a couple of new ledger accounts to break out program income, per University Accounting’s request, we’ve created a new Ledger Account Summary for program income that will now appear in budget to actuals reports where previously program income showed up on a row that said “(Blank)”. Other impacted reports are below.
