March reporting updates

Below are the new and updated reports for the month of March.

CR PRO Find Purchase Orders
- A column for Due Date was added to this report, appearing after Document Date.
CR FIN Sources and Uses with Last Year Summary
- This new report displays two years of data by using the values from the Period and Time Period prompts, then adding one extra year. For example, if the selected Period prompt is in FY24, the report will also display FY23 data in new columns.
CR FIN Sources and Uses with Last 4 Years Summary
- This new report displays the values from the Period and Time Period prompts, then adds four extra years, allowing you to view a total of five years of data. For example, if the selected Period prompt is in FY24, the report will also populate FY23, FY22, FY21, and FY20 to display a total of five years of financial data.

CR GRA Receivables Aging Detail
- This report now only includes the most recent note content.
- The column “Note Content” was replaced with “Most Recent Note Content.”
- As the report is now returning one note content per customer invoice, only one row per customer invoice will be returned.
CR ROL Grant Role Assignments
- The report was updated to include a new column for “Grant Manager,” in addition to the existing “Grant Manager (Assigned)” and “Grant Manager (Inherited)” columns. Users with access to all the columns, like Security Partner, will see all three columns. Users without access to the “Program Manager (Assigned)” and “Program Manager (Inherited)” columns will only see the Program Manager column.
