January 2024 mass actions and blackouts complete

Ahead of schedule, HRS and Modernization have completed work on the following mass actions:

  • Minimum Wage increase effective 1/1
  • FLSA changes effective 1/1

The blackout periods and deadlines outlined in the January 2024 HCM Mass Action Timelines and Options guide have been lifted.
