Review your education information in Workday

In an effort to ensure Workday is an accurate source of employee data, we’re encouraging faculty and staff to review and, if needed, update their Education information in their employee profiles.

An employee’s Education information, located in the Career section of their profile, indicates degrees that have been completed or are in-progress, including high school, undergraduate, and advanced degrees.

Accurate employee education data is critical to reporting efforts by the University. Modernization, the Provost’s Office, and Institutional Research are working together to enhance existing education data for WSU employees.

To view their current education information in Workday, employees may access the Career section of their employee profiles, then select the Education tab. Any existing information already in Workday will be displayed. Employees may update or add education information by following the instructions in this new reference guide.
