June reporting updates

Here are the reporting updates for the month of June.

CR ACA Academic Appointment Details with Highest Degree
- This new report returns current academic appointments details including tenure status and unit. Details on the related paid position and the individual’s highest degree are also included, if found.

CR PRO Supplier Invoice Payments
- This report has been enhanced with the Total Payment Amount. When reviewing the report, you will no longer have to summarize all of the payments to understand the total payment amount of checks or ACHs. This will aid with reconciliation and with matching supplier invoices to outgoing payments when working with suppliers.
- In addition to the new column, a report prompt has been added for Total Payment Amount which provides a different avenue to reduce results if the exact amount of a payment is known, but the Transaction Reference from a supplier is unavailable.
- We removed the Approved Settlement Runs prompt from the report to enable people with Finance Data View to run the report.
CR FIN Unreconciled Bank Statement Lines
- This new report lets you find unreconciled bank statement lines.
CR FIN Position Budget Balance Summary
- The report now includes the Position ID, Job Title, Worker, and Employee ID, to allow users to sort and filter on these fields on the report output.
CR AST Find Assets
- We’ve added Cost Center Hierarchy and Coordinating Cost Center Hierarchy to this report.
CR AST Asset Costs by Cost Center Hierarchy
- This report is being retired on 07/10/23. Please use CR AST Find Assets.
CR AST Assets Net Book Value
- This report is being retired on 07/10/23. Please use CR AST Find Assets.

CR FIN Sponsored Billing Schedules Requiring Action
- Billing schedules with type “Sponsored – Prepaid Awards Only” have been allowed into this report.
CR GRA SPS Award Financial Summary
- We’ve added a prompt for the Award’s Letter of Credit to this report.
