Prepare for July Mass Salary Increase blackout dates

In July 2023, HRS will process the following mass action in Workday:

• Civil Service Mass Salary Increase effective July 1

Departments are encouraged to prepare for this blackout date by reviewing the July 2023 HCM Mass Action Timelines and Options guide. This guide provides information about key deadlines and tasks that require completion prior to the processing of the July mass action.

Throughout July, the Modernization team will identify in-flight actions that may cause fallout during the mass action. Human Resource Services will work with the relevant HR and Compensation partners of any out-of-deadline in-flight actions.
