Elevating Cougs: Workday Success Stories track focuses on getting the most from Workday
The Workday Success Stories track at Elevating Cougs 2023 offers the opportunity to hear from your WSU peers as they share proven best practices and success stories to help you get the most from Workday.
If you perform tasks in finance, human resources, grants management, or payroll, we encourage you to register for sessions in this track. Mix and match your sessions to dive further into your own area of expertise, or to learn more about unfamiliar Workday functions.
Workday Success Stories sessions focus on functional and technical topics across multiple areas, including:
- Finance and HCM best practices for those in central business units or distributed departments
- First-hand success stories and proven ways of working in Workday from your WSU peers
- Keynote discussions with WSU leaders and guests from other institutions using Workday
- Tips, tricks, and recommendations for maximizing Workday as a tool
- Close looks at select processes in finance, human resources, payroll, and grants management
The Workday Success Stories track is an excellent professional development opportunity for employees who want to improve their Workday experience at any level.
This track focuses on technical and functional topics. If you’re looking to learn more about “soft skills,” including communicating, change management, and leadership development, check out the Developing as a Cougar and Leading as a Cougar tracks.
