May reporting updates

Here are the reporting updates for the month of May.

CR ACA Academic Tenure Units
- We’ve added a prompt for Academic Track Type to this report.
- Columns counting tenured and tenure track appointments have also been added.
CR HCM Employee Snapshot
- We’ve recently found that terminated workers weren’t being returned for the chosen Snapshot Date. Maintenance to bring those workers back was completed and required a new report version be built. Unfortunately, saved filters aren’t automatically moved between unique report versions. Because of this, users need to recreate any saved filters on the new report version they would like to keep.
- The new report version will be released on Friday, June 2nd. The old version will be renamed to CR HCM Employee Snapshot Original.
- CR HCM Employee Snapshot Original will be retired at the end of the day on June 30th. Please make sure you’ve reviewed and recreated any saved filters you’d like to keep before this date.

CR PRO Printable Purchase Order
- A change regarding the buyer’s contact phone number has been applied. Originally, buyers without a work contact number listed in Workday would list Purchasing’s phone number on the purchase order. Going forward, the purchase order’s phone number will be blank for buyers missing a work contact number.
CR ROL Role Assignments for Workers Assigned to Cost Center(s)
- We’ve fixed a defect regarding incorrect role assignments being returned for terminated employees.

CR GRA Grant Requests
- New Grants request type SPAR – Guarantee Existing Award has been created and allowed into this report.
CR GRA Award and Grant Roles
- Awards with a lifecycle status of ‘Closed’ have been excluded from this report.

CR PAY All Current and Future Worker Costing Allocations with Current Organizational Defaults
- A column and prompt for the position’s Pay Group(s) were added to this report.
