Benefits and Pay Hub makes maintaining benefits easier

Beginning March 11, employees will have access to a new Benefits and Pay Hub in Workday. This new hub provides a single location for employees to review and maintain their benefits, payroll and compensation information, as well as access related tasks and reports.

The Benefits and Pay Hub allows employees to:

• View their current benefit elections.
• View their benefits as of a specified date.
• Change their benefit elections for special open enrollment events (marriage, birth, etc.)
• View their dependents.

• Access all their available payslips and tax documents.
• Access the Most Recent Pay card to review gross and net pay on their most recent payslips.
• Review and add voluntary deductions.
• View and update their tax elections.
• Sign up for direct deposit (payment elections)
• View and update payment, tax, and tax form printing elections.
• View their compensation history.

The Benefits and Pay Hub will be automatically available to all employees. Employees who may have added the separate Pay and Benefits applications to their list of applications will see those apps go away.
