Adaptive Planning testing in progress, training available soon

Adaptive Planning is a tool that integrates with Workday to allow us to track and plan budgets using real-time data. To prepare for launch in April 2023, the Adaptive Planning project is currently performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as conducting training for future Adaptive users.

Adaptive UAT began February 27, 2023. During testing, the Adaptive Workgroup, Modernization team, and Deloitte analysts will work together to ensure the tool functions as intended and meets the needs of the university. They’ll also verify the accuracy of the data within the tool, and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Most WSU employees will not require training for Adaptive. Area Finance Officers (AFOs) are currently working to designate the employees in their units who will be granted access to Adaptive. Designated employees are encouraged to register for training, which will be held in March 2023. Adaptive users can view and register for available training sessions in Percipio.
