New report identifies employees with missing time or time off

We’ve created a new report to help Timekeepers, Time Approvers, and HR Partners identify employees with missing time or time off for the month.

CR TTK Monthly Time and Time Off Summary can be used to find employees with regular schedules who have not entered enough time or time off by comparing their totals to the expected time worked in a month. This report displays overtime eligible salaried employees’ pending, approved, and totals for time and time off within prompted dates. By running the report before the first pay period of the month, users can help reduce potential payroll errors.  

This report is designed to be effective for the majority of the population, however, there are some situations that may return incorrect values in the “Under Limit” column. You can learn more about how to run and use this report, including appropriate use cases, by reviewing this reference guide.

Note: The Time Entry Calendar is open for 90 days and the Time Off/Absence Calendar is open for 1 year. If you need to add time or time off past this time frame, it must be pay impacting or have a leave balance impact. To open one or both of the calendars, please submit a request through the Workday Service Desk.
