Issue: Open Purchase Orders Lines, Closed for Receiving

Known Issue: Active purchase order lines were inadvertently closed for receiving in Workday on March 21 via a bulk process initiated by a Department Buyer. Access for Department Buyers to Close or Reopen Lines for Receiving in Workday has been disabled.  Department Buyers will still be able to Close and Open Purchase Order Lines for Invoicing and Cancel Purchase Orders as needed.

Estimated Time to Resolution: March 30, 2022.

Details: The team is looking into a solution to immediately reopen the PO lines to allow for continuing business.  The list of affected Purchase Orders Lines is included HERE.
