Issue: Workday Knowledge Base search restrictions
Known Issue: Some users are unable to see all results when searching the Workday Knowledge Base.

Details: Community feedback has brought to our attention that some users cannot see all results when searching the Workday Knowledge Base. These users can see the top 5 results that show up below the search bar as they type, but receive an error message when selecting “See more results for ‘[topic]’” rather than accessing a full page of results.
We are actively investigating solutions for this. We appreciate your feedback, which helps identify and resolve issues, such as the previous limitations of the search field.
