Issue Update: Service desk and knowledge base are down

Known Issue: Both the Workday Service Desk and Workday Knowledge Base are down again after an earlier outage.

Estimated Time to Resolution: Unknown

Details: ITS continues to work to resolve this issue. Both the service desk and the knowledge base may work sporadically but slowly throughout the afternoon.

All University systems that use Jira and Confluence (such as the Crimson Service Desk) are affected. For technical support, you can still reach the Crimson Service Desk by calling (509)-335-4357.
