Issue Resolution: Revenue Transfer routing

Known Issue: Revenue Transfers currently don’t route to the Foundation Manager. This causes difficulties with annual stewardship reporting and recording donor contributions.

Details: After Gift Manager approval, Revenue Transfers will now route to the Foundation Manager for additional approval. This is because the Foundation needs to record these modifications in Advance in order for annual stewardship reports to be accurate, as well to as enter manual donor contributions (if applicable) for amounts that should be purchased into an endowment. We anticipate this change will be live in Workday today.
