What to do if your Time Off balances are incorrect

If your time off balances or annual leave accrual rate appears incorrect, please check with your department administrator. If there are still inconsistencies, your department administrator will need to submit a Workday Service Desk ticket for a change on your behalf. Department administrators should use the form “Leave Balances or Leave Accrual is incorrect” on the Workday Service Desk.

Department administrators should be sure to attach a signed copy of the employee’s November 2020 time/leave report.

If you have already submitted a ticket and are not the department administrator, we will be adding the HR Partner to your ticket to verify that the information is correct.
