The Modernization team has put together an Employee Readiness Checklist to help you prepare for the launch of Workday. Below is a summary of this checklist, which you can download and fill out here.

• Know your Workday Security Roles. Your Workday Security Roles will determine the training you receive.
• Make sure your Multi-factor Authentication is set up through OKTA.
• Access and view the recommended training for your roles from the Workday Training Catalog. Register for the courses on Skillsoft.
• Get acquainted with the Workday Support Desk page and Knowledge Base. These are your resources for assistance.
• Sign up for the Modernization newsletter for updates on the project.
• Familiarize yourself with Change Network members for information and resources on training and the launch of Workday.
