New Workday concept: Delegation

WSU will use Workday’s delegation feature. Delegation is the temporary appointment of one employee’s tasks to another employee.

In Workday, employees are assigned different tasks according to their roles. An employee can request to temporarily transfer their tasks to another employee. Tasks can only be transferred between employees in the same area.
