September reporting update

Below are the new and updated reports for September 2026.

Finance 

• CR PRO Supplier Contract Spend Summary 
  • A new column, Opt-out, was added to the report.  

• CR PRO Expense Card Reconciliation Report 
  • Report now includes two new columns. The first column shows whether an expense report has any accounting adjustment events associated with it, and the second provides a link to each accounting adjustment for further detail. 

• CR AST Find Assets 
  • A new column, Disposal Type, has been added to this report.  

Grants 

• Dashboard GRA Principal Investigator 
  • Additional data has been added to the Grant Award Lines Budget to Actuals and Cost Share Award Lines Budget to Actuals on the Dashboard GRA Principal Investigator. Both reports now include a column displaying the To Date for the award line associated with each grant. 

HR 

• CR HCM Mismatched Assignments vs Appointment for Faculty 
  • For more about this new report, visit this post.

• CR TTK Time and Time Off Summary 
  • This report was updated to include all premium pay.  

• CR HCM Employee Directory 
  • Columns were reordered in this report, and new columns have been added.
