Enhancements to payslips coming with September Feature Release

With the September 2025 Feature Release, Workday will implement two customer requested enhancements for payslips. Effective 9/19, these updates include:

W-4 information added to payslips

Employees will be able to review additional information from their most recent W-4 elections, both Federal and State, directly on their payslips. Employess’ annual Total Dependent Amount will now be displayed, along with any allowances or additional withholding. The Marital Status will also show as Exempt if selected.

Address information now displayed with name and employee ID

Employees’ addresses will now be displayed on the payslip between Name and Employee ID. Previously, employees had to take extra steps to produce a payslip with their address displayed. With this update, any view of an employees’ payslip will include their address.
