Prepare for October 2026 Mass Salary Increase blackout dates

In October 2026, HRS will process the following mass action in Workday:

• Administrative Professional Mass Salary Increase effective Oct. 1
• Faculty merit-based salary increase effective Oct. 1

Throughout October, the Modernization team will identify in-flight actions that may cause fallout during the mass action. Human Resource Services will work with the relevant HR and Compensation partners of any out-of-deadline in-flight actions.
