July reporting updates 

Below are the new and updated reports for July 2026.

Finance 

  • CR PRO Find Supplier Contracts 
    • This report now includes a column for both the version number of the contract and the contract specialist associated with the contract.  
  • CR FIN Find Customer Contracts 
    • This report now includes a column for both the initiator and the executor of each contract.   
  • CR PRO Purchase Order Text Field Search 
    • This new report allows users to find Purchase Orders via keyword search. The report searches memos, comments, descriptions, and notes and compares the results against the prompted text value. Matches are returned with a link to the associated PO. This is intended to assist users in locating procurement transactions where the item purchased may not be readily apparent from the supplier or default description fields on existing reports. 
  • CR PRO Purchase Order Line Details 
    • This new report allows users to sort and filter Purchase Order line data directly in Workday.
    • Existing reports such as CR PRO Find Purchase Orders are grouped at the PO level, which prevents sorting/filtering of individual PO lines unless the user first exports to Excel. This new report is grouped at the line level, and can be prompted by worktag, hierarchy, date range, supplier, and status. 

HCM

  • CR HCM Student Non-Student Switch Audit 
    • This new report, for HR Partners, provides an audit of active workers to identify potential mismatches between student credit hours and job profile assignments. 
    • Identifies potential student/non-student job profile mismatches and expiring positions requiring HR review.
