June reporting update

Below are the new and updated reports for June 2026.

Finance

  • CR FIN Transaction Detail 
    • This report now includes prompts for both spend category and revenue category. These fields were already part of the report output, and are now able to be filtered prior to running the report. 
  • CR PRO Find Spend Authorizations 
    • This report was enhanced to include ID information for the Spend Authorization Payee.  

Grants

  • Logic was updated to correct Salary Over the Cap calculations.  The following reports are positively impacted:  
    • CR FIN ESFCOM Grants for LCME 
    • CR GRA F&A Returns – Pullman 
    • CR GRA F&A Returns – Region with Academic Unit 
    • CR GRA F&A Returns – Region without Academic Unit 
    • CR GRA Grant Expenditure Detail by Cost Center 
    • CR GRA Grant Expenditure Detail by Principal Investigator 
    • CR GRA Grant Expenditure Summary by Cost Center 
    • CR GRA Grant Expenditure Summary by Principal Investigator
