Updated Manage Supervisory Organizations form now live

We’ve updated the JIRA Workday Service Desk ticket intake form used to request maintenance for Supervisory Organizations. This form assists with new requests, inactivations, changes, and moving vacant positions between supervisory organizations.

What’s changed:
The intake form has been updated to improve clarity, standardize required information, and reduce follow-up questions during request processing. Revisions include:

  • Consolidation into a single, dynamic form that allows for more types of requests to be submitted from a single location, ensuring complete and accurate submissions.
  • Updated field labels and descriptions to assist with the data entry for fields that commonly cause confusion.

What you need to do:

  • Submit all Supervisory Organization maintenance requests using the updated JIRA Manage Supervisory Organizations Workday Service Desk form.
  • Review the required fields and updated notes carefully to avoid processing delays.
  • Update any internal documentation or bookmarks that reference the previous form.

Accessing the form:
The updated Manage Supervisory Organizations form is now available in the Workday Service Desk.
