December reporting update

Below are the new and updated reports for December 2025:

Grants

  • CR GRA Award Cost Share Expense Detail
    • We’ve added three new columns to this report: Cost Center, Program, and Gift.

Finance

  • CR PRO Purchase Order Lines Not Received
    • This new report displays details of Goods and Services for Purchase Order Lines Not Received.
  • CR PRO Find Expiring Supplier Contracts
    • This new report was created to view expiring Supplier Contracts as an alternative to the delivered report Find Expiring Supplier Contracts.
  • CR FIN Find Expiring Customer Contracts
    • We’ve renamed this report to CR PRO Find Expiring Customer Contracts.

Payroll

  • Dashboard PAY Departmental Payroll
    • This new dashboard provides links to multiple reports and related reference guides, assisting departments in processing a successful payroll. This dashboard is meant to serve as a tool and a landing page for useful information. The reports available to a user to view within the dashboard remain dependent on their assigned departmental security roles.
