Notifications for expiring Customer Contracts in effect
This past Spring, two new Workday Notifications went into effect to help boost visibility for the following:
- Supplier Contracts set to expire (implemented May 2025)
- Customer Contracts set to expire (implemented June 2025)
These notifications are sent to Cost Center Managers associated directly with contracts or their related documents.
The purpose of this notification is to bring additional attention to contracts set to expire, so any necessary steps may be taken in a timely manner.
Cost Center Managers have the option to disable the notification within each contract. Those who wish to opt out may review the updated guidance in the following reference guides:
