New reference guide helps troubleshoot common TouchNet payment errors
The TouchNet team has created a new reference guide to assist users in identifying and troubleshooting common errors related to payment processing.
The guide provides information on resolving common payment error messages, including those related to:
- Address Error
- Insufficient Funds
- Card Expiration invalid
- CVV Invalid
- Duplicate Transaction
- Account Locked Out (Too many failed attempts.)
- Invalid Card Account Number
- Invalid Expiration Date
- Transaction Exceeds Amount Limit
- Card Number Too Short
The new guide also provides support resources for departmental TouchNet administrators to help them escalate errors to the central TouchNet team.
