January reporting update

Below are the new and updated reports for the month of January:

HR 

  • The Workday-delivered reports My Time Off Balance Details and Worker Time Off Balance Details have been replaced with CR ABS My Time Off Balance Details and CR ABS Worker Time Off Balance Details, respectively. Please use the enhanced CR ABS reports going forward. 
  • CR TTK Monthly Time and Time Off Summary 
    • This report has been renamed to CR TTK Time and Time Off Summary. 

Finance 

  • CR PRO Find Supplier Contracts 
    • This report was modified to align prompts and data output better. 
    • The following new fields were added: Supplier Contract Version, Supplier Contract Amendment Type, Amendment Description, Supplier Contract Amendment Change Amount, Last Approved Supplier Contract Version, Supplier Contract Created Moment, Version Effective Date. 
    • The following new prompts were added: Created Moment, Version Effective Date, and Is Supplier Contract Amendment.
