Effort to clean up outstanding actions in Workday

You may notice the canceling or advancing of actions on processes in Workday. Thousands of old processes appear to be stuck at one step or another and are causing a backlog. Actions that appear unneeded, such as onboarding events for terminated workers, or pending hires for individuals that have already been hired through a different process, may be canceled or advanced as they are found.

Here is how you can skip or cancel an action from your Workday inbox.
