February reporting update

Here are the new, modified, and corrected reports for this month.

NEW REPORTS

  • CR COM ADRs
    • This report helps manage ADRs. The report can be run for a supervisory organization at the hierarchy level, including all supervisory organizations below it, or for a single supervisory organization. ADR type, amount, effective and end dates, as well as costing allocation for the ADR/ADRs is/are included on the report. Please note that costing allocation will only be included on the report if a 100% allocation for the ADR or ADR_A earning type exists for that person/position combination. Split allocations are not displayed on the report.

REPORT MODIFICATIONS

  • CR TTK Workers with Time Not Submitted or Approved
    • Added “HR Partner” as a column in the output.
    • Updated default start date to six months ago.
  • CR REC Recruitments
    • Introduced a new field to identify if a position is currently posted.
    • Added additional fields related to compensation package and pay range.
  • CR GRA PI Award Lines Financial Summary
    • We have updated this report to resolve errors reported by users. As a reminder, grant managers should continue to use the report CR GRA SPS Award Lines Financial Summary instead of CR GRA PI Award Lines Financial Summary, which is intended for Principal Investigators. If desired, grant managers can schedule their reports to run and be delivered to PIs in Workday at the frequency they need. REPORT DEFECTS

  • CR FIN Non-Core Budget to Actuals with Encumbrances Summary and CR FIN Non-Core Budget to Actuals Summary
    • Initial Budget and Available Budget Amendments columns were showing the same amount. We resolved this on January 28, 2022.
