Next steps from listening sessions

On December 1, we hosted a follow-up meeting with the Area Finance Officers and administrative managers who participated in the 7 listening sessions in late October. We presented responses for the top requested items and shared plans for next steps. The full PowerPoint presentation is available here.

We are finalizing the list of all ~160 items collected and will publish them in the Workday Knowledge Base. This will include a detailed response for each line item and recommended action. Recommended actions include:

  • Planned upcoming work: This item is on our calendar, or work on it may already be underway.
  • Response needed: We will share information and resources to help people understand this topic better.
  • Need to evaluate: More time is needed to determine how to address this issue.
  • Not possible: Limitations of Workday may make this request impossible to fulfill.

Going forward, we’ll also communicate the status of items as we make progress.
