For this week’s focus, here are some ways to select multiple checkbox items at once in Workday to maximize productivity without the need to select each one individually.

  • To select all items in a list, hold down the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard and then hold down the “A” key.
  • To select multiple items in a list, hover over the top item you want, hold down the Shift key, scroll to the bottom item you want to include, and then press the space bar or Enter key to select the group of items.

Please note that this trick only works for items with checkboxes (squares), not radio buttons (circles).
