Introducing Workday for mobile devices 

On your mobile device you can send texts, emails, and browse the internet. When Workday launches in January 2021, you’ll be able to access Workday on mobile as well. 

University employees and managers can use the Workday Mobile app on iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Although the app is offered, community members are not required to use it.

On the app, users can request time off, view reports, record hours worked, view their Workday inbox, and so on. For managers and supervisors, they can use the app to approve time off, expense reimbursements, transactions, and more.

The mobile option for Workday maintains the security and privacy of using a computer by utilizing Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
