The second Modernization Readiness Poll is coming up!

On February 12, the Modernization Initiative will release the second Modernization Readiness Poll. This poll asks WSU employees a series of key questions about their awareness and preparedness for the impending Workday system implementation. The poll belongs to a series of readiness assessments, whose cumulative data is used to track the progress of the University in preparing for the switch to Workday. Your responses assist the Modernization team in planning communications and project activities, in order to better serve the needs of the University, address your concerns, and more effectively prepare for change.

If you responded to the first Modernization Readiness Poll in fall 2019, thank you! If this is the first poll you are receiving, we invite you to give us your most honest and transparent feedback. Your input is essential in making sure WSU is prepared to implement Workday.

Current WSU employees will receive a message with the link to the poll on February 12, and will have one month to complete their response. The poll should take no longer than 7 minutes to finish, and will include resources to learn more about Modernization and Workday. The poll is completely anonymous, and responses are confidential. We encourage all recipients to complete the poll, as the implementation of Workday will have an impact on every paid University employee beginning July 2020.
