New “Request Compensation Change Reasons” reference guide

The Modernization HCM team has created a new reference guide, Request Compensation Change Reasons, Descriptions, and Sections, to help Compensation Partners and Department HR Partners understand which Reason to use when submitting Compensation Changes in Workday via the Request Compensation Change task.

The guide shares when to use which Reason with which eligible employee type or allowance.
