WSU’s approach for HR, Payroll, and Finance was considered modern when developed over 30 years ago. Since then the University has experienced significant growth without a corresponding renewal of business practices and supporting systems.
The modernization initiative is in the early assessment and planning phase. Over the next few months, WSU will continue building understanding of our HR, Payroll, and business needs through workgroups, on-site demonstrations, and university feedback. There will be many opportunities to be involved throughout the initiative.
