Do you have questions about the Elevating Cougs conference? We have answers!

The conference is free is to all WSU employees.

All WSU employees who want to develop their professional skills, become more confident leaders, and learn how their colleagues are successfully using Workday to improve their processes and decision making.

The conference is fully remote using Zoom’s Events platform. This allows everyone to attend the conference from home or office and enjoy the same experience using a familiar platform.

The conference is October 19 and 20, from 9 am – 3:45 pm. If you want to add the conference to your calendar, download these ics calendar files.

Each month in our Elevating Cougs newsletter, we share the latest news and helpful articles that help you prepare for the sessions you want to attend.

Yes. The sessions will be available to view after the conference so you can catch up on any sessions you missed or review helpful info from your favorite session.

Links to the recordings will be available on the conference webpage after the conference has finished.

You can stay within a preferred track or mix and match sessions from any of the three topics: developing professional skills, becoming a more confident leader, and how WSU employees are successfully using Workday.

The presenters are a diverse mix of experts from across the university, Human Resource Services, and Modernization.

We have a mix of full-length, 45 minute sessions, and bite-size, 20 minute sessions, to fit within your busy schedule. The sessions will also be recorded, so you can catch up on any sessions you wanted to attend but couldn’t.

The Elevating Cougs conference compliments the regular Workday trainings offered by the Modernization team. All employees who perform tasks in finance, human resources, grants management, or payroll, are encouraged to sign up for the conference.
