Paul leads the HRS Learning, Change, & Communications team responsible for Workday training and communications, system-wide training and professional development, and HRS communications.

Paul’s driving philosophy is that it’s people that make the difference. While policy, process, and tools help us get our work done, it’s how we help each other, work with each other, and learn from each other that really empowers us to achieve our goals.

Although he’s most comfortable behind the scenes enabling the people he supports to shine, he’s happy to stand up and be the face of change and problem solving when asked. Usually with a fountain pen in hand and dog hair on his trousers.
