Gerik Kimble
Director, Financial Systems Modernization
Gerik is motivated by moving the University forward with process and technology improvements. During his time with WSU, he has seen many successes that make WSU staff and faculty work life much better. With Workday, he is excited to take a giant leap forward.
Prior to joining the Modernization Team, Gerik worked for more than 10 years in the Controller’s Office with roles in Accounts Payable, Travel Services, General Accounting, and Sponsored Programs Services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from WSU and grew up in Palouse, Washington.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his two young boys. He also enjoys fishing, boating, and golfing.
