SUMMARY:Cost Determination Guidelines for Principal Investigators
DESCRIPTION:Principal Investigators are responsible for the expenditures charged to their grants. Federal Uniform Guidance and WSU policy (BPPM 40.09) requires that sponsored expenditures comply with four cost principles: reasonableness\, allocability\, consistency and allowability.
