Workday Open Office hours have been extended through April. Originally scheduled for March, Workday Open Office hours are open Zoom sessions where Modernization and central unit team members can answer questions, link to resources, and demonstrate Workday processes for WSU community members.

University employees and managers can use the Workday Mobile app on iPhones, iPads and Android devices. On the app, users can request time off, view reports, record hours worked, view their Workday inbox, and so on. For managers and supervisors, they can use the app to approve time off, expense reimbursements, transactions, and more.

The launch of Workday in January 2021 will bring lot of changes for different systems. The replacement of systems is one of the major changes with Workday.

A lot of processes used by WSU are changing. However, when the University switches to Workday, the record retention policy will not change. Record retention requirements apply to all WSU records, including paper files, digital copies, or records in Workday.
