The Grants group for the Modernization Team hosted roadshows with different WSU areas this July to explain how Workday will handle grants. Below are some of the main changes that will affect post-award grants management.
On your mobile device you can send texts, emails, and browse the internet. When Workday launches in January 2021, you’ll be able to access Workday on mobile as well.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is off to a rapid start, with WSU community members going through scenarios to test Workday. Testers include members of the University such as Change Network Super Users. There are close to 350 testers.
Cutover is the transition from our old systems to Workday. Cutover will include tasks like setting deadlines to enter information into old systems as well as deadlines for the replacement of old systems with Workday.
Attestation is the process WSU employees use to verify that they don’t have symptoms of COVID-19 before they enter a WSU work location. Employees must submit a form each time they check in to a work location.
